Service: HCM provided conceptual to final construction document Cost Estimating.
Description: The Mokelumne River in the central Sierra Nevada is the source for almost all of EBMUD’s water.  The project scope consisted of anchor foundation retrofit including crack repair, anchor foundation repair, pipeline replacement, new auger pressure grout piles, and new concrete foundation.
