Owner & Client: City of Hayward / Infra Terra, Inc.
Service: HCM provided conceptual and design development Cost Estimating.
Description: Replacement of 24” diameter 1750 LF of welded steel pipeline either within existing alignment or new alignment. The scope included excavation and backfilling, pipe laying, traffic controls, dewatering and testing.
