Founded in 2012 by Roosevelt Hattin, Jr., a licensed Professional Engineer and Certified Construction Manager (CCM) by CMAA, HCM is built on decades of proven expertise. Alongside Senior Vice President Kevin Willis, CCM, our leadership team brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Many of our team members have worked together at Don Todd Associates, Inc. (DTA) for an average of 20 years, creating a foundation of trust and collaboration that sets us apart.

HCM’s team has successfully managed projects across diverse sectors including education, transportation, housing, civic and government facilities, infrastructure, utilities, and water-wastewater with value ranging from thousands to over a billion.
