Madison Park Academy Expansion

Location:  Oakland, CA
Owner & Client: Oakland Unified School District (OUSD)
Service: HCM, as prime subconsultant to Cumming, provided Cost Estimating services.
Description: New high school classroom building, including 14 classrooms, 2 labs, 6 offices, and staff workspaces. The site will also include 120 new parking spaces. Two interim housing portables and restrooms were installed Fall 2017. This project is in support of the Board designation of Madison as 6-12 programs to support a full high school programs as an addition to the existing middle school campus. Budget: $36.4M
