Description: A study to evaluate the feasibility of converting 20 prototype buildings to apartment units. The scope included seismic upgrade, hazmat abatement, building systems upgrade, installation of cable and telecom lines, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, repair of existing finishes and exterior painting.
