Description: Built in the 1930s, the Old Santa Fe Trail Building is considered a historic building. The scope included roof demolition and disposal, new roof, demolition of cement plaster, repair of adobe masonry and decayed wood elements, new plaster at all building walls, drainage repair, and seismic improvements.
