Description: The ranch is an extensive complex of small frame buildings built between 1910 and 1969 owned by Bill Keys. The scope includes removal & prevention of rodent infestation, siding repair & replacement, window & door repair, roof repair, removal of corrugated metal skirt, and construction of lateral bracings.
