Kenfield Homes Reconstruction, Phase 1, 2 & 3

Service: Our team provided Construction Management.
Description: Renovation and reconstruction of 33 public housing buildings. Project included upgrades to electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems; demolition and installation of new roofs, stoops, stairs, sidewalks and handrails; redesign of courtyard landscaping; and repaving of road surface and parking areas. Interior systems were retrofitted and hazmat abatement was performed.
