Description: Historic site rehabilitation and preservation. The estate was purchased by the Jesuits in 1934 for Alma College, the first Jesuit school of theology on the West Coast. Project include demolition, site improvements, mansion structural work, 1934 library and 1909 chapel mothballing, and hazardous materials abatement and disposal. Estimated Construction Cost: $4.2M
